Work Exchange at Milhouse Hostel



This program is a great way to combine work and travel, with the opportunity to meet fellow travellers, discover Buenos Aires and learn more about the hospitality industry while having fun on the job!

In exchange for 32 hours per week of work in a variety of tasks—front desk duty, housekeeping, bar tending, hostel promotion, and administrative work—you’ll receive free accommodation in one of our hostels for as long as you’re with us. Placements in the different areas of work are determined based on availability, and on qualifications and interests of applicants.

We expect you to take your work seriously when you're here, so to participate in the Work Exchange Program a minimum stay of one month is mandatory, and a commitment of 3 months is required. Please note that you must be a Non-Argentinean resident to participate.
