In a typically Patagonian atmosphere, we'll come to the magnificent
Peninsula Valdes, which nearing the Atlantic Ocean, is the
chosen place by whales, killer whales, dolphins, sea lions,
sea elephants, guanacos and penguins to reproduce themselves
and give birth.
We leave Buenos Aires in a very comfortable bed-bus where
we'll spend the first night. Then we'll spend 3 nights at
a 2* inn in Puerto Madryn riverside city. From there we'll
explore the Peninsula Valdes, making a boat tour to meet the
whales and their young face to face. This is one of the best
places in the world to see whales, not only because you can
see them from just 2 meter distance but also because you can
observe how they teach the young, offering us a unique and
amazing exhibition.
On the following day we'll visit the penguin shelter at Punta
Tombo (120km southwards from Puerto Madryn), where hundreds
of thousands of penguins approach the coast to give birth.
We'll return to Buenos Aires by bed bus.
